So here you can see the site title and tagline. This is your website’s main title. If you change this title here; there will also be changed. It's a simple site title and tagline but it's not a meta title and description.

So first of all open your WordPress dashboard. Then click on the plugin button and Click on add new button.
After that, you have to search for the Yoast SEO plugin. We have to choose that plugin which is created by Team Yoast.
Then click on the install button and wait a few seconds. After that click on the Active button. On the left side, you can see the SEO tab To just simply have to click here. Then click on the search appearance button.
So here we have to add our meta title and meta description.
After adding the meta title and meta description click on the save changes button. So your meta title and description have been added successfully in the Google Search Engine.
